This office has now cancelled on me last minute multiple times, and every single time I’m told there are no appointments available for months. There is no meaningful effort to accommodate patients after the office cancels or make any attempt to prioritize those affected. They have no systems to account for fluctuating staff. They have no care for you as a patient. Every time I did make it in I had a new hygienist. Their staff doesn’t seem to want to stick around either.

I broke a filling and Belknap Dental was able to get me in ASAP. Dr Jordan was able to replace my filling and did such a good job. Customer service was amazing, friendly staff! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.

I’ve been going to them for the past 20+ years. Up until the last few years, I had a great experience. Lately though it seems like there’s a 50% chance that they will call me last minute to tell me they have to reschedule my appointment that’s I’ve had on the books for months. And to make matters worse, the first available appointment for reschedule is not for months down the road. I’ve also had recent billing issues with them billing my insurance incorrectly.
