Yesterday, I had a crown installed by Dr Jordan and Hygienist Mason (who I prefer to call NURSE Mason, as in the English tradition). It was a blast!! Little pain, lively conversation and fast completion! Thanks for the good time!
Best dental experience ever! Dr. Wilson is very gentle and shows great attention to detail. My caps were on in two hours and my bite is perfect! Zero pain!
I have been a patient at Belknap Dental for several years and until the past year or so, found service to be great. Over the past 18 months, I have had multiple appointments cancelled last minute due to staff availability or departure from the practice, without any ability to reschedule aside from getting on the cancellation list and hoping for an appointment to open. I was contemplating finding a new dentist office because I felt the service and care were lacking. My needs as a customer weren’t given much consideration. However, I urgently needed emergency oral care, and the only available options were with Dr. Jordan and Mason. I decided to give them a chance, and they were incredible! They made me reconsider my decision to leave. Thank you, Dr. Jordan and Mason. SN-I didn’t give 5 stars because I still haven’t heard back from the office about my crown.
AVOID especially Dr. Frank Manchester. I had a filling done at this location with a different doctor who left the Belknap. After I had that filling the tooth has not felt right since. I called for an appointment to have them look at it again and they had me see Frank who told me that the issue has nothing to do with my tooth and the issue was me. Absolutely shocking behavior. AVOID belknap and AVOID Frank.
