Awesome management great team work and amazing community!!
Renter beware: MOLD and take forever on repairs. Our apartment was also constantly dusty no matter how many times we vacuumed. The exposed brick is porous so it has absorbed all the things over the years so beware of that. I didn’t think not having an in unit washer and dry would be that big of a deal but they also charge $2 per wash and dry on the machines which are frequently broken. Our bathroom sink and oven broke and it took over 3 weeks to get them to come check it out to fix it. It’s in a good location so that’s somet... read more
