I waited for a month to get a followup mammogram and ultrasound. I chose BMC because they were the earliest available. I received no less than 6 emails and texts to remind me of the appointment and to pay the copay, which I prepaid online. After I left work early and waited 1.5 hr at BMC, someone came to tell me that they cannot see me today because they did not receive the images from my prior mammogram, and I needed to reschedule. My family has a deep history of breast cancer, so I was incredibly stressed and flustered when I found a lump in my breast on a random Wednesday. After marching myself to an urgent care nearby, I got a referral for a breast ultrasound. This place is horrible nobody answers the telephone call!
the woman who answered me on the phone was super rude to me, first I asked for a translator for me and then she said she couldn't help me and transferred my call and then the same woman answered my call and was ruder to me and I had to speak with the little English I have and I asked why she was being rude to me, she didn't answer and continued being rude, I really like BMC I have a lot of respect for this hospital I've always been treated well and with respect at BMC it was the first time, and I fight when Someone says bad ... read more
