This place is horrible nobody answers the telephone call!
the woman who answered me on the phone was super rude to me, first I asked for a translator for me and then she said she couldn't help me and transferred my call and then the same woman answered my call and was ruder to me and I had to speak with the little English I have and I asked why she was being rude to me, she didn't answer and continued being rude, I really like BMC I have a lot of respect for this hospital I've always been treated well and with respect at BMC it was the first time, and I fight when Someone says bad ... read more
I've been having my mammogram at the location for the past few years and they have been wonderful. Today I had an appointment that I couldn't attended i tried calling multiple time only to be on hold for hours or when I finally got through the customer service was terrible. The lady on phone was rude and hung up on me twice. I also tried to use the call back service which didn't work. I know it's not the staff issue but possibly an bigger issue at play but either way left feeling frustrating that I couldn't let them know I n... read more
