I own a small business and they were very helpful in finding me the perfect storefront
A lot of the negative reviews seem to be about parking fees rather than the company itself. If you don’t want to pay for parking, of course you might be frustrated—but that’s not a reflection of the business. In reality, this team is extremely professional and does an excellent job helping with all commercial real estate needs. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for expertise and reliable support.
Not a very nice place
Horrible people and extremely unprofessional. We reached out to them looking for a commercial space to open our shop and the person we talked to basically laughed in our faces and insinuated that we wouldn’t make it. Talked to a few people about them and apparently they have a reputation around town for their horrible customer service and unprofessional interactions.
By far and away the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is a complete jerk. They bully the businesses around them, and have zero support for the community in which they have chosen to do their business from. An absolute horrible representation of Charleston and down right awful people. The kind of people that if they sat next to you at the bar you’d get up and leave.
