A therapist for all ages! I had the true honour of receiving counselling from the amazing Miss Kimberly Stainthorp last summer and I’m in my 50s. She is kind, compassionate and highly skilled. Kimberly listened, reflected and asked important questions to guide me in taking healthy steps forward to improve my daily life. She made a huge difference!
Tasha and her team are incredible. My daughters and I have been with Tasha for years Tasha has been there through the tweens, teens (and for me!) supporting us through some of the hardest times. Tasha immediately makes you feel safe, heard and validated, and you leave with all the right tools in your toolbelt. I couldn't imagine the last few years without her expertise, wisdom and amazing energy.

Our family has been blessed to work with Tasha for over 8 years. She's helped us walk through many challenges throughout; divorce, peer conflict, parenting....There have been many phone calls ending with me saying "I don't know what I'd do without you".
