I learned that on the Dept. of Health site Julian Belisle's record showed no Public complaints. What is a lawsuit if not a complaint! It's hard to research doctors when resources are not forthcoming and/or accurate. But, Belisle was sued by my family on my Father's behalf for his negligent care/treatment of my mother in 2016. My mother had a carotid endarterectomy procedure performed & was supposed to leave the hospital the next day. Approximately 135 days later she died with her family at her bedside. Could not penetrate through my dads blockage in his leg and aborted the surgery and his answer was amputation. My dad could not take anesthesia in his condition either, so the amputation would be done with only a nerve block. We asked if that would be traumatic and he just shrugged. We asked if there would be phantom pain and he said “no more than 6 months if so” which is not the case for everyone. His lack of cofidence and bed side manner make me question his surgical skill.
