Very unprofessional answer the phone and said just hello. Didn’t introduce the name of the company. Then when I said, do they have any availability today? They say what location I just went to Google and hit the number review. I don’t even know what location they would have but the interaction over the phone was very unprofessional sound like they was talking off their cell phone.
I had a wonderful and personable experience! Great customer service. High quality casting. I was very comfortable. A quick process.
