I was referred to Belinda by a respected doctor so was hopeful that Belinda would be able to help me overcome some immense chilhood trauma. However, after watching 2 minutes of the video on the PSH website, I was getting pseudo-science vibes and as a law student, didn't have the time to commit to watching a 30 minute video in the middle of exams. I’ve been seeing Belinda for PSH therapy, on and off, for the last 10 years. When I first contacted her to book an appointment (I was about 6 months post natal and feeling desperate) she couldn’t see me until about 3 weeks later. In that 3 weeks (which felt like an eternity), she called me several times to see how I was going, and to make sure I was ok. This was before I had met her face to face, or paid her anything!
