Too preoccupied with laptop, does not pay attention to patient problems
Dr. Chan is great. I don't really like going to doctors. She has always made me feel comfortable. It is because of her that I have a more active role in my healthcare and am healthier now than most of my life.
Even though Yale New Haven Health says she is accepting new patients, her office says she's not. The office is also very disrespectful.
Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor. She is absolutely committed to her patients, and expends extra effort to support their well being. She is deeply intelligent. thoughtful, tactful, and courageous, with a good sense of humor. There have been a number of times when she has saved my life. Her insight into each situation has been extraordinary.
