I have two separate reviews. Belinda Browning has been the most efficient and dedicated agent that I have ever had. She displays a caring attitude and follows up with her job performance. Time and time again she has demonstrated her knowledge by assisting me with my policies. She has helped me in so many ways including moral support. I am now in a claims situation with Allstate that has been a nightmare. The process has been unbelievably slow, but Ms. Browning was able to assist me on this.
