I recently worked with Liz to conquer issues I was having with my golf game. I had begun experiencing a lack of confidence and anxiety while putting. I had the best experience during my first session! Liz is very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly before we started. I felt comfortable the entire time and left feeling relaxed and confident! She also teaches self-hypnosis, something I would love to learn!
