Please believe me when I say she works miracles!!! After 30+ years of smoking, Elizabeth asked me if I wanted my first visit to be my quit day. I, of course, said yes!!! Going into it I was hopeful, but skeptical. Now, I really am a nonsmoker! It's an amazing feeling!!!!

I recently worked with Liz to conquer issues I was having with my golf game. I had begun experiencing a lack of confidence and anxiety while putting. It was causing a negative experience for me and I knew it was all in my head. Liz helped me to visualize myself putting successfully and talked me through my feelings of fear and anxiety. I had the best experience during my first session! Liz is very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly before we started. I felt comfortable the entire time and left feeling relaxed and confident! She also teaches self-hypnosis, something I would love to learn!
