My daughter comes here for speech therapy and the therapists are great! However, the older lady at the front desk with reddish thin hair is extremely rude and unfriendly. Lacks proper customer service for the parents in my opinion. She was extremely rude to me today when I was inquiring about a reschedule from last week for occupational therapy. When bringing your child somewhere for assistance the customer service should be just as helpful and not rude.
Mi bebé estuvo yendo a terapia fisca por 2 meses, fue increíble el cambio en el, estaré eternamente agradecida con la señora Judi, fue la más dulce y paciente con él y fue de gran apoyo para mi. Sin dudas los recomiendo
My daughter has been coming since March of 2023. I feel this office was an answer to our prayers. The front office staff Vanessa, Tiffani and Esta do an amazing job. Our new therapist Victoria has made a such a difference in our lives. It was a smooth transition going from Emily to Victoria. the entire staff makes you feel like you're part of the family. Thank you so much from all of us .
we have been coming here for about a year and we LOVE everyone here. my daughter sees ms. judi for physical therapy and she loves it. everyone is so welcoming and supportive.
Well i didn't get a chance to even make it to my appointment because I was told thru text they canceled me. due to lack of confirmation. one lady was nice enough to reschedule it to 12pm since now they had me thinking my appointment at 930am and it was canceled. I attempted to call numerous times this morning but they said they were busy! unfortunately i cant make it in 10 mins when they texted me saying they canceled it.
