I called to get information for a new patient today 09/03 a little before 2:30pm. I wanted to ask questions before making an appointment so that I knew that they took my insurance. The lady answering the phone was so rude, she seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t acknowledging my questions. I understand she had to take my information first but she seemed hostile and didn’t explain that to me. After asking her why she was being so rude she continued to give me attitude.
