Val has been my hairstylist, and since she’s been gone I have no desire coming back. Most hairstylists are very unfriendly and inexperienced. Val seemed like she was doing more than she should have been doing. Completely overworked.
Believe Beauty NEVER disappoints. Something happens when I sit in that chair! I have very thin hair and before my wedding I wanted to feel as confident as possible (who doesn't). They listened to my concerns and developed the perfect plan including hair extensions to make my wishes come true. compliments on my hair NEVER stop now! I was hesitant to try a new salon, it can be scary! From the moment I walked into Believe I was wishing I had found them sooner. They take their time and make sure they know what style you’re looking to achieve and they make it happen! I booked my next before leaving.
If I could give this a zero I would. I have been coming here since 2016. My hair dresser left but was given a gift card from a relative. So I tried someone new for blonde highlights. It was the worst highlight service I had ever had. There is a straight line along my forehead where foils were placed. I did not trust to go back and called multiple times to speak to a manger over the course of a month. I never got a call or email back.
