Alan comes across as an honest guy but the garage he uses to prepare cars for sale are terrible and will cost you huge money and stress, I’ll never be back

Very disappointed in the service we received at the end of after buying a car having issues from the start and appreciate all the help with trying to resolve it but unfortunately was issue after issue. So Alan kindly agreed to giving us money back as only had car 6 weeks out of 15. Money returned but was deducted 25p a mile when most of miles were from running it back and forth to himself and from him to us with issues that were outwith our control! Really disappointed! I was quite amazed when I got there. No fancy office,no free coffee, no small chatter, just straight talk about the car you are interested in. Very impressive.
Bought a merc clc from belhaven cars few months back. Runs really well, car was immaculate on collection, would recommend and purchase again. Good deal.
