Since moving to Upwey, it has been wonderful to find a new medical clinic with such caring doctors, nurses and reception staff. Many thanks to you all.
We have long since moved away from the area but have retained Belgrave Medical Clinic as our family GP practice of choice. It honestly feels like those old episodes of A Country Practice from the 80s, in that you are always greeted with very a happy and professional team (honestly, some front desk staff at GP clinics are just awful). Very happy with parking, friendly Receptionists, and Dr Alex Romete was courteous, explained things clearly; most of all I didn't feel like I was being rushed through as fast as possible. Conveyor belt appointments make me feel anxious and I can't take everything in.
Excellent medical clinic, super friendly Doctors + staff whom go out of way to assist you. All conditions catered for by professionals could not recommend practice highly enough. I have been patient for many years they have saved my life.
