The practice needs to be more flexible with patients with private insurance. They should not be sending people with severe infections, 40 degree fever and a need for IV antibiotics to NHS A&E. We know that patients have to wait 4-6 hours In Chelsea Westminster A&E. The practice should do referrals for private doctors and hospitalisations, it will decrease the NHS workload.

I have been registered with this surgery for over 15years, and have Always found the care given- to be very professional, efficient, informative, and caring. My thanks to all the Dr’s, the medical team, and reception staff.
Excellent medical centre with incredible reception staff. I have never had an issue with any doctors and the reception team in particular have always been excellent. Always helpful and will make sure they assist where they can. Doctors in recent years have been outstanding with quick results, attentive service and fantastic time keeping. Ignore the negative feedback and make your own decision. Been a patient for 10 years and I have always been well looked after!
