Absolutely awful experience,I rang 111 at 16:30 about my 2 year old being poorly,111 told me they would get a clinician to call me back,18:00 hrs clinician called me back told me they would book me in Brandon street hub but to get there before 22:00hrs. spoke to shwetal to re register myself as id been taken off their records even though i had specifically made sure i wasnt and she told me id be able to register on the same day and she’ll try book me in for my blood test for the same day. Come tuesday she says ill have to wait 2/3 days to be registered and that she cant book me in for my blood test that she had told me she could have done. To say the least very disappointed and will probably return to uni before having any proper appointments.
