Man, this towing company is wonderful. I don't understand all the bad reviews. Mr. Glen is such an understanding person who will cut anyone a deal if he knows you absolutely can't pay. His driver can be a little gruff but that's just his personality. He's a great man to converse with if you don't have a ride back he offers to let you ride with him!! Great business!
She very promptly and professionally asked if I had towing insurance. After informing her that I did not have towing insurance, I was quoted prices that are over what it should cost to tow a vehicle. The companies that initially asked that question about ins and their prices being so high, it's no doubt these are the reasons our ins premiums are so high. Tsk tsk tsk
I called them for a tow, they were extremely rude and demanded $250 for a 1 mile tow, I asked them why and the person responded "cuz that's how much we charge!" That is $215 more than there advertised price for tows 5 times as long. But what I'll never forget about them is how rude they were. I'd let my car be impounded before I call these people for help again!
