Took the car in for diagnosis. The owner gave me an estimate of $450 for changing the front struts and cv axles on both sides we scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. After bringing the car in he called me to say that the estimate was low and the price doubled. After complaining that he does not have all the parts and the elevator was being occupied I ordered an Uber and got the seal he needed to finish the job.
