So…. They responded quickly to my water damage and dried it out, and that was terrific. After taking the last dehumidifier out, the next day, they said that they needed to come by and take another picture, but I was not available. The water mitigation side of the company is great and very helpful but the restoration side is another story. The estimator that was handling my claim (Craig) did a terrible job of communicating, I couldn't even get a call or email back and the restoration never even started.
The unit above us had a leak that caused our bathroom to flood. Water is now in our ceiling, walls, and tiles. We are currently undergoing water mitigation with BELFOR.
