Great support and customer service. We were kept updated during every step of the process. All workers arrived on time and were kind. They did phenomenal work. This was a very stressful time for us that was made better by all the staff at Belfor. We love the end product. Outstanding work and outstanding customer service.
Avoid this company. Came in for an insurance claim, which took them over 8 months to complete. They bring in workers who don't care what gets damaged, and just leave it. Didn't even fix anything they were supposed to because of their budget....straight bs. Wish I would've gone with my own people, very unprofessional, didn't care about damages they caused fixing the damages needed done. Belfor Property Restoration is a life saver. My basement flooded right after a tree fell on my house. Then Belfor came to my rescue like the Lone Ranger. Under Matt Sneed’s direction the Belfor team cleaned up the basement damage, removed all the mold and left it looking better than before the flooding. And as they worked on my basement I got to know the cleanup crew. By the time they finished I considered them family. I would recommend Belfor Restoration to anyone and everyone without any hesitation.
