My insurance company assigned this company to repair the countertop and shelving under my kitchen sink due to mold damage. Company collects the insurance money immediately, but has you waiting for months and months to get work started on your home. Frustrating company and provides you with one excuse after another for the delays, and claims it out of their control. If they can't do the work in a timely manner, the company should not be in business. Insurance companies need to stop calling them! During a particularly harsh monsoon storm, our roof was ripped apart. The roof smashed two skylights and dislodged the venting system scattering it throughout our property. We immediately called our insurance provider who recommended Belfor Restoration. This was our first foray dealing with insurance and contractors. Belfor was a great company to work with. All of there contractors did great work. They were thorough and worked hard to finish our project as quickly as they could. Kimberley was amazing, keeping us informed along the way, and working hard to get us what we wanted. When we did not like something, she was very quick to rectify the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
