Compagnie référée par mes assurances suite à un refoulement d’égouts survenu le 4 août dernier. Ils sont venus visiter le domicile et ont fait un estimé des travaux. Pour aider, on m’a conseillé dans la location d’un conteneur pour entreposer du contenu durant les travaux. Le conteneur est entreposé et j’ignore quand les travaux vont débuter. Like many others, got assigned this company by my insurance after the August 9th flood. We were very patient and understood the amounts of claims every company received. Called three times during this whole ordeal just to try and get an estimate of when they would be able to pass by to assess damages and humidity levels. On Aug 09, 2024, Montreal was hit by heavy rain, causing water to flood my basement. I promptly contacted the insurance company, who in turn reached out to BELFOR, recognizing the urgency of the situation. A guy from BELFOR came on Aug 24, 2024 and took photos, measurements, and everything he wants. He said someone from BELFOR would reach out to me. Our basement was flooded because of the heavy Rain. A lady from BELFOR came and checked how big the damage was. And it didn't take too much time to send a team to break and remove & clean the place. Perfect and fast job. It didn't even take the team of four and time. So satisfied with the work.
