We had an issue at our cabin North of Prince George and didn’t know what steps to take but a call to Belfor and these guys went out of their way to help. They not only made recommendations on how to mitigate the damage but gave us the product to do so. No commercial exchange occurred just sincere desire to help my wife and I in this time of distress. Highly recommend this company.
Called mark kubas had a great response and was able to make a quick decision.His crew and him did a excellent job and they were very helpful to me.He gets a five star rating from me.
This is a terrible company. They have been are are currently in the basement suite i rent several times. They chemically bombed my suite without leaving the proper MSDS sheets. Mark Heinemann made accusation about me saying there was no mould on my suite, I had to personally hire a company who said the place had excessive dangerous levels of mould. This is a very bad company. These guys will rip everything apart and even extend to unaffected areas. They will turn a small clean up and drying work will into a big project just to make more money off you and your insurance. Once everything is ripped off, they disappeared to another job and leave your ripped off home in shambles for months. They don’t even deserve a star. Stay away!
STAY AWAY! Awful company to work with. Very quick to rip things apart so they get the insurance money, then took three months to replace a small basement floor and one sheet of drywall. Wouldn’t communicate, took our closet doors for four days then brought them back broken. The boss came in without knocking or saying anything and started taking pictures of my spouse.
