Two years ago we used Belfor Nanaimo to replace our water damaged wood flooring in our kitchen/living/dining room after the water line to our fridge started leaking. Belfor in Nanaimo came to our rescue after a toilet tank burst flooding surrounding rooms and floor below. The whole process from drying out to cleaning up was smooth and professional. Each team member was pleasant , polite and showed up when they said they would ! They were accommodating with our schedule and the job was done efficiently. Looked brand new upon completion. All questions and concerns were addressed punctually by Brittany. Would highly recommend Belfor !
After an earthquake brought our attention to cracks in the basement, Darren Ward came out and assessed them expertly and honestly. Always polite and positive, he was able to reassure us that the damage was minimal, explained how to fix it, and gave us peace of mind that it would not affect the value of our property. Ultimately, his honesty saved us from having to file a claim or hire an expensive contractor.
