From the day we discovered a burst pipe in the basement ceiling, until job completion, the service from BELFOR was outstanding!! Rick H. did the original assessment and gave us excellent advice on how to proceed. He passed the project onto April R. who managed the restoration with the utmost organization, scheduling and communication, keeping us advised of every step. Insurance send Belfor after basement flood. They "worked " for 5 month and never finished job. Extremely slow and unorganized and not professional. They never fixed or even touched the basement window where water was coming in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY- BELFOR
