We had an issue in our kitchen 19 months ago. Belfor was sent by our insurance company to mitigate and fix it. Thing after thing was done incorrectly. Nothing is ever done right the first time with these guys and they keep the same people in charge no matter how much they screw up or how much you complain and ask to talk to the people in charge.
