Excellent service and communication!
The manager Greg phoned me once in 6 months!! The workers just randomly showed up at my door at 8am and were adamant about coming in. Management sucks! I won’t use Belfor again! Do not recommend!!!
I recently booked a consult/estimate for my new place. They said a technician would call me that morning with a time. I booked the day off work and they ghosted me. No explanation, no call back. Huge waste of time.
Not sure what is going on with this company!! We previously had a great experience with them. We currently are in limbo without a bathroom or bedroom in our lower suite due to the contractor just blatantly ignoring us. Not impressed!! Our water damage happened in April. Get a second opinion if you live in the Duncan/Crofton area.
First of all the people who work in the construction industry not very often get any gratuity for their work from their clients whether it be a verbal or written thank you or review....they certainly don't get tipped and appreciated like the waiter at a nice restaurant does. This is unfortunate but doesn't hold back these professionals from putting everything together for you and making a difficult situation better and more painless than you imagined.
