Do not use this company for insurance claims! They will make every excuse in the book and delay things as long as possible to be able to charge more. They will come into your home, rip wall apart and make the home non-usable. We have been required to go for take-out on a daily basis as they have torn apart our kitchen and claim it will be "months before its completed." We had Belfor in after we had water damage due to a leak from a hose to our upstairs toilet causing some significant water damage. The only thing positive about this company is their promptness in responding. They tore out flooring (waterproof at that) along with carpet, plaster walling, etc that did not need to be, they left our place a disaster as most would have dried and been fine as my father was only gone for a couple hours when this occurred. Called this company regarding water in basement. Put on hold and when I called from cell phone to find out what the problem was, I was told I gave incorrect number.. But how is that a legit reason when. I was on hold for over an hour! Called another company and they came that morning and i wasn’t on hold!
Very professional
The employees that dealt with the fire at my father’s shop were arrogant and rude. A complete lack of professionalism and compassion for the individuals whose lives were just destroyed. If you are looking for caring, empathetic individuals in the restoration business, you will not find them here.
