Called this company regarding water in basement. Put on hold and when I called from cell phone to find out what the problem was, I was told I gave incorrect number.. But how is that a legit reason when. I was on hold for over an hour! Called another company and they came that morning and i wasn’t on hold!
Very professional
The employees that dealt with the fire at my father’s shop were arrogant and rude. A complete lack of professionalism and compassion for the individuals whose lives were just destroyed. If you are looking for caring, empathetic individuals in the restoration business, you will not find them here.
Once we got the ball rolling it went very smoothly. The painters are amazing!
