Belfor struggles with communication. The project manager Cody was MIA constantly, to the point his own team had no idea where he was and couldn't get answers. This has been a great company to work for.
We experienced a small house fire in the exhaust fan of the ensuite bathroom. I contacted my insurance company and Cody arrived very quickly. Cody was calm and clear about what was happening next, he answered my emails and calls and even let me know who to call at the insurance company with questions.
