This is the first time I hired Belfor. Right from the beginning they were on the same page as I. They were not here just to fix the problem without knowing why my problem started. They used a drone to get to the root of the problem. From there Belfor assigned the same two guys to start and finish the job. Murray and Devon were very professional. Always on time. Great, professional group of of men (and women) restoring the basement family room after the broken gray water pipe was repaired.
I contacted Belfor after the home show to have my ducts cleaned and then also hired them to do some renovation in my basement (trim, framing, drywall). They arrived on time, responded to my communications quickly, and their staff was polite and tidy in appearance. They finished the work ahead of schedule, on budget and I have no complaints about the results. I'm looking forward to working with them again.
