We contacted Belfor Saint John after significant water damage in our brand new home. Blake attended promptly for the initial assessment and was professional and thorough in person. However, communication completely broke down after that. Great communication and very quick to complete the job. Made a stressful time easier to deal with.
Within a few hours of my call to our insurance company, at about 11:30 PM, following a strong power surge to our home due to a broken power line during a wind storm, I received a call from Belfor. The next morning, Saturday, a representative arrived at our home, an hour or so from Saint John. The rep was quite helpful; he took photos and gave advice.
