The whole Belfor team has been very helpful starting with Andrew, Larry and team members at every stage of the restoration process. From the primary clean up to the rebuilding of the damaged areas, your team has been very polite, helpful and considerate of our home and property. I’d like to personally thank Jesse Bell for his careful restoration. Adding new insulation, drywall, mud and paint were his specialty. He should be commended for a job well done.
Thanks Maddie at Belfor for helping me update the content information into the new form the adjuster has requested, it's been a long, difficult and stressful process - still ongoing. Had some water damage from last week’s storm and our insurance company had Belfor attend. Two guys(Matt and Shane) just left and we are very impressed and happy with their professional and care to detail. They were exceptionally courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Ahmed who is our contact person has also been exceptional.
