If I could give zero stars I would. Communication is terrible as well as their customer service. Can't believe our insurance picked this restoration company. Could not be more disappointed. Recommendation is to stay away from Belfor.

Been waiting on revised estimates from Balfour for almost 3 months to get to my insurance company and still waiting. Would never recommend
Avoid these people at all costs. If your insurance company assigns them to your claim fight back and demand a new company be assigned. Belfor will run up their invoice, not complete the work they are required to do, will ignore you, and the cheap sub contractors they hire will take your personal belongings. Have never dealt with a company that is so shady.
