We had the plastic fridge waterline break which caused significant water damage mostly in our basement below walls and ceiling, but also behind the fridge, and fridge gable end. Our insurance company sent over Belfor Recovery Team and case manager/project manager (Terrence) to start the recovery process. Terrence and the Belfor team were here quickly to start the recovery. If I could give zero stars I would. Communication is terrible as well as their customer service. Can't believe our insurance picked this restoration company. Could not be more disappointed. Recommendation is to stay away from Belfor.

Been waiting on revised estimates from Balfour for almost 3 months to get to my insurance company and still waiting. Would never recommend
