We had a condensate leak that damaged all the flooring in our basement and risked mould. Belfor had a project manager sent out within 3 hours and a team out to remove, clean, disinfect and set up equipment within 3 hours of that. They had all the “emergency work” completed within 1 hour of arrival. Thank you Eric, Chris, Robbie, and Karell. You were respectful, clean, quick and informative.
We are very pleased with the emergency clean up from a fridge waterline leak that we recently experienced. Our first contact was with Project Manager Neil. He came out to inspect the damage, was very knowledgeable and professional, a great first impression for your company. Neil’s crew, Jody, Chris and Devon were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up a water damaged basement. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!
From meeting Eric to meeting Paul T. and every worker in between, working with Belfor Restoration was a positive experience. They took care of it all. Each team specializes in one area of the restoration. Furniture was wrapped in plastic and stored in a storage box. Glasses were wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything came back in perfect condition.
