Avoid this company at all costs. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. There are so many restoration companies I've used and Belfor is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Not even close.

Won't recommend anyone to use their… Won't recommend anyone to use their service. When pinpointed certain things, their staff Project Manager? got very aggressive, abusive and threatened to talk to him face to face. Absolutely lacking professionalism. I tried to calm him down, but he was too emotional to rationalize what I tried to convey him. We had major water damage at our house, and after contacting our insurance company, they contracted Belfor for the job. Kevin responded the very same day. It was very tough day for is, but he quickly assessed the damage and, more importantly, reassured my family that everything would be taken care of.
