I would look elsewhere if you need a restoration company. We had a flood in May, and are still waiting to have our basement repaired. They were quickish to demo but have essentially ghosted us since. No one replies to emails, project manager Jeff doesn’t reply to texts. I understand they are busy, but it doesn’t take much to say “sorry, I will get back to you”. Dealing with a water pipe break was most of the most stressful experiences I've ever had. Luckily, my insurance provider partnered with Belfor for the remediation process. Every Belfor team, from cleanup, demolition, and content removal has been fast, professional, and extremely courteous and understanding. During the weather event of flooding in June I had the gift of Belfor being assigned to my basement abatement --water damage cleanup and demolition. High praise to Emad for his project management and special thanks to Elmer --crew lead--along with Imelda, Christopher and Aileen. Their hard work redeemed my basement. It has never been so clean! Thanks to every Belfor team member that worked on my home. I highly recommend BELFOR property restoration!

Terrible experience with Belfor. Poor communication and no accountability. After little progress made on our house they walked from the job with no explanation even after multiple attempts made to contact them. Our family has been displaced from our home for well over a year thanks to Belfor. They showed no compassion to my family after our house fire. I would not recommend.
