I’m incredibly grateful for Belfor’s work on my property, especially their project manager, Matthew. He restored my flooded kitchen with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and competence. Matthew effectively troubleshooted the issues with sub trades, ensuring everything was perfect before finalizing the contract. The Belfor team has been incredible. Avoid this company at all costs. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. There are so many restoration companies I've used and Belfor is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Not even close.

Won't recommend anyone to use their… Won't recommend anyone to use their service. When pinpointed certain things, their staff Project Manager? got very aggressive, abusive and threatened to talk to him face to face. Absolutely lacking professionalism. I tried to calm him down, but he was too emotional to rationalize what I tried to convey him. Later, I attempted to call Belfor company to report this, and I had been told that their GM would call me back. No calls / follow up from this company to enquire at least what happened... read more
