Our home was damaged in the March 14th tornado that hit Arnold Mo. Our insurance company recommended BELFOR for our restoration. They were immediately out the following day or two. The siding and hardwood floors they replaced turned out great! Overall they did an amazing job. Dave always took great care of me when I needed something done.
I had a great experience with Belfor. David the project manager was very detailed from the beginning, until the project was complete.
If you want a contractor to finish the job in a timely manner, look elsewhere. The work being done was not a big job. The work that has been completed we have actually been happy with so far. The problem is it has been delayed, started, delayed, started and now we are being delayed again. Was hoping to write a review after all the work was completed, but they seem to keep taking on new clients because of floods and then telling us they are too busy to finish the second stage of putting everything back after our leak.
