If you want a simple repair to drag on for months with zero accountability, this is the contractor for you. What should have taken two weeks took four months, and they were ultimately removed by my insurance company due to incompetence. Avoid at all cost!!!
Edit for their reply: The additional electrical expenses resulted from work that Belfor initially overlooked during their inspection. We did have extra electrical work completed, which we paid for out of pocket. Furthermore, we never signed anything stating that we were satisfied with the work—because, quite frankly, it was subpar. Based on their responses, it’s clear they excel at making excuses rather than taking ownership. We’re just grateful we won’t have to deal with them again.
