The team from Belfor arrived within an hour of me calling my insurance company after discovering a flood in my basement. The team was careful about not causing any other damage to my home as they were carrying their equipment in and out and removing all of my damaged flooring. We had a flood in our laundry room which went down to the basement and caused extensive damage. Scott Honke, Manager of Belfor in Sarnia was at our home immediately. He was very organized and had fans set up promptly. Trades people were very pollite and removeed their shoes and kept us up to date on what to expect.
