I am extremely pleased with the service from Balfor under the direction of Daniel E. who managed the re-repair to our deck and re-venting of our bathroom by another company. I had a very positive experience with Belfor. Santiago, the Project Manager, made the whole process very smooth. He patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed as to the timelines and time frames for the repairs to my kitchen. I was very happy with the end result. The workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend their business.
I had a great experience with Melissa M. at Belfor Restoration. She was incredibly responsive and arranged to come by within one business day, which was much faster than I expected. Melissa was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful during the inspection. I really appreciated the time and care she took.
