My experience with Belfor to deal with our basement flood was exceptional. Project managers Aga Marzec and Jocelyn Mueller were very helpful, organized and responsive. Their packing and cleaning team was efficient with excellent customer service. And all teams including flooring, painting, plumbing, and cabinets have very good workmanship and attention to detail.

Above and Beyond: Jocelyn Mueller is a Lifesaver! We recently experienced a devastating power surge from the service line that completely fried most of our major appliances. Abdul Aftaita and his team were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with our bathroom restoration caused by a diverter leak. We really appreciate their hard work in making sure everything was done on schedule.
Belfor has been excellent throughout the entire restoration process. They responded quickly, worked efficiently. The team was professional, fast, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend Belfor for restoration work!
