We recently experienced water damage in our home from a leaking shower upstairs. Our homeowner’s insurance company initially assigned our case to another well-known national restoration company. After much frustration with the company, we asked that they switch us to Belfor. They immediately responded and were on-site within 24 hours. Would not recommend this company! Our project manager, Darryl was terrible. On a project that was estimated to take 1 month, it took 6 months and not everything was even completed. Besides their lack of timeliness and poor communication, the absence of customer service is the reason I feel to need to write a review.
