We had a pipe burst in our rental home in Fort Collins . We called Belfor and they responded very quickly. The crew came in and assessed the damage and began to clean up and started to dry the basement. Luis and the crew were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. The Belfor crew did a wonderful job and we are working with a estimator from Belfor to repair all the damage . What should have been a three month restoration turned into almost six months thanks to this company. Tim and Nathan were the two people I worked with over this time frame. The service was sub-par and bare minimum effort to fix the problem. That's not the kind of service you want when you have water damage. The reason the project took twice as long as expected is because everything had to be done multiple times. Watch out for this company they do unsafe and harmful work to the health of their customers and their employees they drill holes in walls before getting the legal asbestos test done witch is Colorado state law also they well leave your job wet for no reason it's just about the money so watch out for Nathan and Tim they are the people who run the shows
