We hired Belfor based on a detailed written estimate and repeated reassurance from the estimator that they intentionally overestimate so customers don’t face surprises at the end. We actually thought the estimate seemed high, but were told that was done to build in cushion and avoid overages. The final invoice told a very different story. Don’t hire this company even if referred by your insurance carrier. Take time and read the reviews and on Better Business Beureau. Really poor quality, abysmal customer service. Extremely poor leadership from the top down.
