Don't let the image of BELFOR as a reputable global brand trick you into thinking that the local Grand Rapids office can handle your project without serious issues. Year after year of financial losses have meant that in the recent past all of its competent and expert employees have either left to work for competitors or were let go in an attempt to salvage overhead costs. Great Work and Even Better Service!! Would Use Again!
3 weeks of getting the run around for an estimate. When I decide to go with another company for my estimate, Cassie rudely just hung up and doesnt even apologize for wasting my time. I would never recommended this company to anyone.
Super great experience with Belford! I had no idea where to start with the water damage in my home and my insurance company sent them out and glad they did because Mike, Angel, and Adam have been amazing with meeting my homes needs and finding a plumber for me as well. Couldn’t have done this process without this great team of people :) Looking forward to seeing the rest of their work as they continue to assist!
