Unapologetically called us not mere hours after our experiencing one of the greatest tragedies one can experience and tried to pitch us on their home restoration services, I’d give them zero stars if I could.
During the COVID -19 Shut down, the Town of Carmel contracted BELFOR to clean and disinfect the premises as well as the Police Department. They were professsional, efficient and responded in a timely manner.
BELFOR painted some ceilings and did duct cleaning for us. Fast, Professional and responsive.

The staff at Belfor was extremely helpful, courteous, and most importantly honest with their work. There was great communication between the back office and field techs and getting the job done. When you're in "damage control" position, it's a great feeling when you know you're not being taken for a ride.
