I recently dealt with a flood in my home, and James, sent by Belfor, truly impressed me. He handled everything with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. James did an exceptional job repairing the flood damages from a burst water heater that was on second floor. Damages to flooring, ceiling, and walls. When he was done, everything looked good as new! Always professional, friendly, and respectful. Very knowledgeable about his profession and answered my many questions. We will miss his presence in our home. Best of all, our dog Chica loved him!
Modesto recently patched, painted and repaired our ceiling that had a leak. He did great work and was kind throughout the whole process. I have used Belfor in the past for a flood and they did great work.
Belfor came to us with a USAA referral. They surveyed, remediated and restored as quick as reasonable without sacrificing quality of work. The repairs to my drywall are completely invisible, including the paint and blending. Roberto is an artist! Either Jason or Felix kept in contact with me, almost daily, to make sure all our needs were being met. I would not hesitate to recommend Belfor to anyone who needed this kind of work. Thank you for giving us our house back, it looks beautiful!
James was wonderful! We found black mold in our kitchen and the walls had to be torn down and rebuilt and he did a perfect job! He was mindful, kind, and great to work with. My husband and I really appreciate the service we got through everyone we talked to at Belfor!
