The company took quick actions to board up damaged windows/hols of my house after township officials examined scenes of an incident. However, they did not properly seal the edges of the boarding materials leading to possible water infiltration because a rainstorm was forecasted that would be coming soon. Therefore, I had to ask another company to taped up these edges.
Since starting to use Belfor I will say they have been great! Prompt, efficient and very transparent throughout every process. Julia, Sean, Drew & Dave are so easy to work with and always willing to accommodate and help in any way possible to make the process as smooth as possible which is beyond appreciated.
