I had an extremely disappointing experience with Belfor Restoration, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear. From the beginning, their team was disorganized, uncommunicative, and consistently unprofessional. They caused more problems than they solved, often missing deadlines, performing subpar work, and leaving behind a mess that only added to the stress of an already difficult situation. Quick to come out & board up the home from a car accident where a car hit our garage. This company was assigned by home insurance Allstate to help us on that bad day. It's a "temporary hold" for major work ahead. .

This was a terrible experience for us. They were contacted to do a site disinfection. Their quote was 4 times higher cost than other vendors, so we did not sign or approve their proposal. An hour later they were on site demanding to be let in to do the work. When they were denied entrance to the building I started to get harassing texts from their supervisor claiming he was going to pull his crew even though we never approved the proposal. Overall a terrible experience in every way.
