If we could give zero stars, we would certainly consider it in light of the overall experience. We really don't have too much angst against the subcontractors so the one star is primarily given for their work because it is just one critical piece of the restoration process. The plumber, cabinet installer, flooring and electrical subs did great work but the drywallers and painters were very inconsistent and no shows throughout, which dragged out the entire process.
