I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, friend or foe! Stay away! Avoid at all costs. They were hired as the GC on a small to medium sized fire house damage. He could not remember any details, and apparently never wrote anything down! From paint selections to baseboard choices! And his reply to everything was like a politician: I can’t guarantee this or that OR I can’t take responsibility for this or that! If I could give zero stars I will! I live at Solaris key apartments. It had water damage. They came to fix it. It was over two months ago. Last week they told me: we will fix the plumbing and then clean your apartment. No one has visited here in a week and a half. My plumbing was not connected and pretty sure they forgot about me. I told maintenance here and they said it looks like they forgot to finish. They also said they would clean my floors. My floor has white paint all over it from them doing the repair and it was not cleaned. No one has been here in a ... read more
