Those guys were great. They came in and got the job done. At first we were told 3 weeks. It took 1 week to gut, clean, remodel, repaint and finish. The areas look brand new. They even helped put stuff back. Robert, a fellow female worker, Louis and Hansel did a great job. I can't say it enough. 😄
We went through an awful flooring disaster in our home, where the contractors contaminated the entire house with concrete and mortar dust. Because of this negligence, we were displaced from our home for a month while waiting for the issues to be addressed. Kurt from Belfor truly came in and saved the day. Any business that wants to sit in the fast lane and go slower than all the other lanes is not a great business. So if you guys want to slow americans down for no other reason than to be jerks, then you probably deserve the one star review, i'm giving you
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, friend or foe! Stay away! Avoid at all costs. They were hired as the GC on a small to medium sized fire house damage. He could not remember any details, and apparently never wrote anything down! From paint selections to baseboard choices! And his reply to everything was like a politician: I can’t guarantee this or that OR I can’t take responsibility for this or that! If I could give zero stars I will! I live at Solaris key apartments. It had water damage. They came to fix it. It was over two months ago. Last week they told me: we will fix the plumbing and then clean your apartment. No one has visited here in a week and a half. My plumbing was not connected and pretty sure they forgot about me. I told maintenance here and they said it looks like they forgot to finish.
