Terrible! Have been trying to get them to finish my bathroom since December. Tried quoting me $1000 to paint 90 sq foot bathroom - seriously? They never sent pictures to my insurance company before they did the work. They show up randomly, without notice. They work "when they feel like it". AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

She provided regular updates, ensured she was present as different contractors came to assess the damage and begin restoration. Each worker, regardless of the task they were proficient in, showed the same respect, integrity, and professionalism while in my home. Bill has been great to work with during such a chaotic time in our lives but some members of the team we were not so happy with. We caught people vaping in our home. Also our brand new washer and dryer was ruined because it was all scratched up by another member of the team
